Operator: RojiRoty ("we", "us", "our")

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RojiRoti Leaders mobile application, APIs, or related services. By creating an account, logging in, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the Service

RojiRoti Leaders is a platform that enables users to:

  • Register and log in using mobile number OTP verification
  • Build a profile and receive a unique referral code
  • Refer other users and submit referral leads (contact details of potential delivery partners)
  • Track lead status and milestones on supported delivery/partner platforms
  • Earn wallet credits based on program rules (milestones, referrals, and upline bonuses)
  • Browse and apply for job listings published in the app
  • View promotional banners and program information

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use RojiRoti Leaders, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law
  • Provide a valid Indian mobile phone number (+91) that you own or control
  • Provide accurate and complete registration and profile information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if you do not meet eligibility requirements or violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 OTP login

Access is provided through a one-time password sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. You must not share OTPs with anyone. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your disclosure of OTPs or device compromise.

3.2 Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 One account per person

You may maintain only one account unless we expressly authorize otherwise. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is prohibited.

3.4 Referral codes

Each user receives a referral code. You may share it to invite others. You must not use your own referral code to create duplicate accounts (self-referral).

3.5 Device permissions

By using the app, you acknowledge that RojiRoti Leaders may request Internet, Location, Contacts, Notifications, and Wake Lock permissions as described in our Privacy Policy. Optional permissions (Location, Contacts, Notifications) support convenience features; denying them may limit specific functionality but does not excuse you from these Terms when you continue using the app.

4. Referral Program Rules

4.1 User referrals

When someone signs up using your referral code, a referral relationship may be recorded. Rewards for user-to-user referrals (such as job-application-based rewards) are governed by active program rules displayed in the app or configured by us.

4.2 Referral leads

You may submit referral leads containing third-party contact information (name, phone, city, state, date of birth, etc.), including by selecting entries from your device Contacts when you grant that permission. By submitting a lead, you represent that:

  • You have a lawful basis to share that person's information with us (for example, their consent or a legitimate referral relationship)
  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have not misrepresented your relationship to the lead
  • You will not bulk-harvest or export contacts you are not legitimately referring

We are not responsible for disputes between you and individuals whose data you submit.

4.3 Lead conversion and milestones

A lead may be marked converted when objective criteria are met (for example, when a supported platform reports a qualifying milestone such as First Order / F1 or higher). Milestone statuses may include labels such as Unique, F1, F20, F50, and F100 as configured in our system.

Milestone payout amounts are set by us in the admin panel and may change over time. New rates apply prospectively unless we state otherwise.

4.4 Upline referral bonus

If you referred another user (they signed up with your code), and that user later submits a lead that reaches a qualifying conversion milestone, you may receive a one-time upline bonus as configured by us. Each lead pays at most one upline bonus. This feature can be enabled or disabled, and the amount may be changed, at our discretion.

4.5 No guarantee of income

Referral rewards depend on valid leads, platform confirmations, admin verification, fraud checks, and program rules. We do not guarantee any minimum earnings. Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or denied if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

5. Wallet, Credits, and Withdrawals

5.1 Wallet

Approved rewards are credited to your in-app wallet as pending credits until processed according to our payout workflow. Your wallet history shows credits, debits, and redemption status.

5.2 Withdrawals / redemption

Withdrawal or redemption features (if offered) are subject to minimum balances, verification, and administrative approval. We may request additional information to prevent fraud or comply with law.

5.3 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to amounts you earn through the program.

5.4 Errors

If we credit or debit your wallet in error, we may correct the balance after investigation. Duplicate payouts are prevented using system idempotency controls.

6. Jobs Feature

Job listings are provided for informational purposes. Applying to a job through the app does not guarantee employment. We are not the employer unless explicitly stated. Hiring decisions are made by the relevant employer or partner.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights
  • Submit false, misleading, or duplicate leads or referrals
  • Share contact information without a lawful basis or the person's consent where required
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated means to abuse OTP, referrals, or wallet systems
  • Impersonate another person or use another person's phone number without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent fraud controls or exploit program loopholes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our APIs
  • Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 By you

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within the app by confirming deletion (enter DELETE when prompted). See our Privacy Policy for data handling after deletion.

8.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you:

  • Violated these Terms or program rules
  • Engaged in fraud or abuse
  • Pose a security or legal risk
  • Are required to be removed by law

Termination does not entitle you to unpaid rewards that were denied due to policy violations or fraud.

8.3 Admin accounts

Administrative accounts cannot be self-deleted through the mobile app and are managed separately.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, logos, content, software, and documentation are owned by RojiRoty or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The app may reference or track statuses related to third-party delivery or partner platforms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their services, hiring practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

SMS delivery for OTP is performed by third-party messaging providers configured by us.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROJIROTY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU EARNED THROUGH THE APP IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 1,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RojiRoty from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your submitted referral leads or referral activity
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
  • Any dispute between you and a person whose data you submitted

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide you additional rights in your place of residence.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the service and may delete your account.

Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or other reasonable means.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
